1. Accounts Assistant

Workplace: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Responsibilities:
- To verify suppliers invoices, reconcile creditors statement and issuance of debit notes
- To perform bank reconciliations and stock reconciliations
- Inventory costing and analysis of all SKUs
- To assist the Accounts Executive to carry out his/her daily responsibilities
- To prepare journals and reports as well as to carry out any other ad hoc assignments requested by management

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, LCCI/CAT or equivalent
- Experience in Accounts Payable or ACCPAC system would be an advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, self-initiative, helpful and responsible
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya
