1. IT Executive - Procurement and Store System Support
Work Place: Shah Alam, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement including manage anad processing requisition to invoice documents.Continuously develop and improve the procurement processes.
- Responsible for purchasing of IT equipments,IT related items/service.
-Maintain and administer ITdepartment documentation filling,administrative support and daily IT administration.
- Assist in store IT support to maintain system high availability.
- Help to resolve problem within SLA.To investigate,resolve and escalate issues to appropriate support level for prompt attention.
- To ensure all works apply to appropriate SOP related to job.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Possess good ducumentation skill,good inter-personal skills,effective analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good customer service skills and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Having working experience in procurement department as well as having good technical knowledge to assist system support.
- Assertive,proactive,resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Min 2-3 years experience in related field.Work under minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work on shift basis,which may include weekend,public holiday and so forth.
