1. Customer Service Executive

(Kuala Lumpur - Ikano Power Center & MidValley Megamall City)

Responsibilties:
- Provide customer service support in the salon, attending to customer, appointment setting , reports.
- Provide constant feedback to management on customer's response.
- Answers phone queues and email replying to ensure internal and external customer issues are managed and resolved.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in telecommunication.
- Reliable, committed and able to work independently as well as contribute to team work.
- To assist superior in any ad-hoc task as assigned.
- Other clerical duties related to the Customer Service Executive.

Requirements:
- Must be well groomed, presentable with a pleasant personality and self motivated.
- Enthusiastic & passion personality.
- Preferably computer literate.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and Cantonese.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably female applicant.
- Able to work on assigned shift.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
